|Corrado and April Corrias are the owners of da Corrado Ristorante. They opened it together in 2010, hoping to
share their passion for simple, delicious meals accompanied by impeccable service.
Their shared love for suisine began in Rome, Italy in 1997, where they met.
They were married in 2002 and have three children: Gianluca, Alessandro, and Lucia.
Da Corrado Ristorante was born from the recipies of Corrado's mother, Giovanna. He is originally from
Sardinia Island, but has lived for extensive periods of time in London and Rome. Corrado worked for the
Ritz Carlton company for ten years prior to opening da Corrado Ristorante.
It is the hope of Corrado and April that their guests have an Italian experience, not just a quick
forgettable meal. Da Corrado Ristorante is meant to be a warm and inviting place,
where you come in as a friend, but leave as family.
